ICOPS 2017 welcomes local and international academicians (lecturers, teachers and postgraduate students) to present papers and participate in ICOPS 2017. ICOPS 2017 also anticipates students’ participations as well as representatives from the public and private sector for sharing of ideas and knowledge. ICOPS 2017 will largely benefit academicians, students, and industry professionals from the public/private sector.
